DT Transport Services LLC provides private-pay, non-emergency medical transportation for patients, families, and healthcare facilities. One ride or a standing weekly schedule — every trip is booked in advance and quoted as an exact total before you ride.
Medical & healthcare appointments
Doctor visits, specialists, imaging, labs, and follow-ups — we get you there on time and bring you home after.
Dialysis & recurring care
Standing appointments on a set schedule, with the same dependable service every visit — and 10% off with prepaid monthly scheduling.
Rehabilitation & therapy visits
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, cardiac rehab, and other recurring treatment programs across the city.
Hospital & clinic visits
Discharge pickups, outpatient procedures, and clinic appointments — including discharge coordination for an added $15.

PRIVATE-PAY RATE CARD
Simple, published pricing
No “call for a quote” games. Every one-way trip is a base rate that includes the first 5 miles, plus a per-mile rate after that. A round trip is two one-way trips.
Ambulatory Services
For passengers who can walk, with or without assistanceWheelchair van service is not yet available for booking. Call us and we’ll let you know as soon as it launches.
Key terms & policies
- Wait time: first 15 minutes free, then $75/hour.
- Same-day booking: +$25 (subject to availability).
- After-hours: +$35 for pickups before 6:00 AM or after 8:00 PM.
- Weekend trips: +$25.
- Hospital discharge coordination: +$15.
- Tolls & congestion pricing: passed through at cost.
- Cancellations: free up to 4 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are billed at the base rate.
Payment & discounts
- Patients & families: card payment is collected at booking, before the trip.
- Facilities: invoiced Net 15, with a 10% volume discount at 20+ trips per month.
- Recurring care: dialysis, rehabilitation, and other standing appointments — 10% off with prepaid monthly scheduling.
